Common use of Salary Provisions Clause in Contracts

Salary Provisions. A. An Administrator/Supervisor shall be eligible to participate through the job performance system referenced through section C of this Article and, based upon the rating received through said evaluation process, with base pay increases to be outlined in Appendix A- Compensation Plan for each fiscal year covered by this Agreement.
