Common use of SALARY RATES Clause in Contracts

SALARY RATES. (1) Salary ranges or rates payable (as the case may be) are: for AGS employees – set out in Schedule 2; and for other employees – set out in Schedule 1. (2) Supported wage rates as set out in Schedule 1, Part 4, will apply to an employee with disability who is eligible for consideration under the Supported Wage System.
