Common use of Salary Schedule Operation Clause in Contracts

Salary Schedule Operation. a. The salary schedule shall reflect the level of experience and preparation of the individual staff member insofar as these factors are considered in his or her professional performance. Adoption of revised salary schedules and/or provision for an annual salary increment shall not be construed to bind the Superintendent to adjust the salary of an incumbent teacher, except as the Superintendent is satisfied by the school administrative staff that the teacher's performance continues to be satisfactory.
