Sales Assistance. Elo sales representatives will provide sales support to Participant and may make joint visits to End Users, all as deemed reasonably necessary by Xxx at its sole discretion.
Sales Assistance. Whenever Ligand considers it reasonably necessary in order to maintain or increase the volume of sales of Products in the Territory, Ligand shall be entitled to send, at its own cost, representatives to visit Distributor or Distributor's customers or prospective customers. Ligand shall keep Distributor informed of promotional methods and techniques used by Ligand in respect of the Products.
Sales Assistance. Commit to and maintain a business model under which a minimum of fifteen-percent (15%) of Solutions Provider's revenue derives from Pre-Sales Consulting Services fees for End User technology implementations. - Geographic Presence. Have sales and technical resources dedicated to a Solutions Provider office location within Two Hundred (200) mile radius of End User location. (See Paragraph 3(b)(Sales Territory) above)
Sales Assistance. If Remedent is contacted by any Person seeking to acquire GlamSmile Veneer Products in the Territory and within the B2C Market or GlamSmile Veneer Products bearing the “Glamsmile” name and xxxx in the Territory, Remedent shall refer such sales lead promptly to GlamSmile.
Sales Assistance. Durixx 0000, Xxxxxxx xxxll assign XXXXXXXXX to Marketing Partner on an "as needed, as available" basis for sales support without charge, except that the Marketing Partner shall pay all of XXXXXXXXXX Related Expenses. In subsequent years, such sales assistance shall be paid by the Marketing Partner at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX personnel set forth in the Annual Price List, XXXXXXXXXX.
Sales Assistance. We will assist your company during specific shows or exhibitions as needed and appropriate, to help with the corporate image of your company based on our manufacturer’s knowledge when dealing with potential customers, and confirming the in – country assistance your company provides.
Sales Assistance. In the event QuadraMed is invited, or otherwise has the opportunity, to participate in sales meetings for the purpose of making presentations regarding DSS products, DSS may participate in such sales activities at the invitation of QuadraMed, if DSS so chooses. DSS shall be compensated for any additional services requested by QuadraMed in the nature of special meeting attendance, travel, and other management or technical support (other than ordinary sales and marketing activity) under the hourly rates and cost coverage provisions of this Subcontract
Sales Assistance. Company may request Tenable’s assistance in marketing the Products in accordance with this Agreement, including the provision of sales promotion aids other than the marketing materials provided pursuant to this Agreement. Tenable may provide such assistance in its sole discretion. Company and its representatives shall not make any representations, promises or claims in connection with the Products other than those set forth in such sales promotion aids or other materials provided by Tenable to Company. If Tenable provides marketing development or other funds to assist Company in promoting the Products, Company agrees to any applicable terms and conditions associated with the receipt of such funds.
Sales Assistance. A. The VENDOR, based on availability of resources, may provide the following assistance at no charge to the REMARKETER:
1. Telephone calls with REMARKETER employees.
2. Teleconferences with REMARKETER employees and organizations registered as opportunities. These teleconferences will be the primary means of delivering technical information.
3. Remote Internet based PRODUCT demonstrations where the parties are in separate locations. The VENDOR will host these demonstrations and demonstrate the PRODUCT. At least (1) REMARKETER employee will participate at all times.
B. The VENDOR, based on availability of resources, may provide resources for on-site demonstrations or meetings at organizations registered as opportunities. All travel and living expenses associated with a VENDOR employee participating in an on-site demonstration or meeting are the responsibility of the REMARKETER.
C. Any sales assistance not specifically identified herein will be billable to REMARKETER and available from VENDOR based on availability of resources.
