Sales Meetings and Review. Each Party shall permit the other Party’s sales and marketing management personnel (at reasonable levels), upon the request of such other Party, to attend and participate in those portions of its sales meetings that relate solely to the Co-Promoted Products; provided that each Party shall ensure that significant portions of any sales meeting with respect to the Co-Promoted Products shall relate solely to the Co-Promoted Products; provided further that each Party shall bear the costs of travel and attendance at such meetings for its own sales and marketing management personnel. Further, Targacept shall permit AstraZeneca’s sales and marketing management personnel, upon request of AstraZeneca, to spend time in the field (ride-alongs) with Targacept’s sales representatives to assess their performance under the Co-Promotion Agreement (e.g., messaging, quality, sales direction).

Sales Meetings and Review. MyoKardia shall permit Sanofi’s sales and marketing management personnel, upon reasonable request of Sanofi, to spend time in the field (e.g., ride-alongs) with MyoKardia’s sales representatives to assess their performance under the Co-Promotion Agreement (e.g., messaging, quality and sales direction), at Sanofi’s expense.
Sales Meetings and Review. AstraZeneca shall permit members of the MAP Specialist Sales Force to attend those portions of all material sales meetings during which the strategy for promoting the Licensed Products will be discussed (including discussions relating to the conversion of prescribers to Licensed Products). AstraZeneca shall provide reasonable advance notification of all such meetings to MAP, and MAP shall give AstraZeneca reasonable advance notice of the names of the members of the MAP Specialist Sales Force who will attend each such meeting. Further, Targacept shall permit AstraZeneca’s compliance and sales and marketing management personnel, upon request of AstraZeneca, to spend time in the field (ride-alongs) with Targacept’s sales representatives to assess their performance under the Co-Promotion Agreement (e.g., messaging, quality, sales direction) and compliance with Sections 1(b)(i) – (iv) above.

  • Meetings and Conferences ‌ From time to time the Government may require attendance at Government conferences and meetings at no additional cost to the Government.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party.   • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.

  • Management meetings 31.1 Either the Engineer or the Contractor may require the other to attend a management meeting. The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure. 31.2 The Engineer shall record the business of management meetings and is to provide copies of his record to those attending the meeting and to the Employer. The responsibility of the parties for actions to be taken is to be decided by the Engineer either at the management meeting or after the management meeting and stated in writing to all who attended the meeting.

  • Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues. The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree on the participation of other Union and Employer representatives at these meetings on a case-by-case basis. Such meetings shall take place during regular working hours. Bargaining unit employees authorized to attend these meetings shall be considered to be on work time.

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.
