Sanitary Clothes and Shoes. The Partner’s employees shall wear sanitary clothes and shoes during works on Unilever’s premises and / or for works, for which appropriate procedures have been established. The contract made by and between Unilever and the Partner may stipulate Unilever’s provision of certain types of sanitary clothes and shoes to the Partner’s employees. In such case, a procedure, a mechanism and conditions for providing sanitary clothes and shoes to the Partner / Partner’s employees shall be reflected in an appropriate contract made by and between Unilever and the Partner. Maintenance and Upkeep of the Personal Protective Equipment. The Partner shall ensure availability, control over the correct use, prompt replacement, necessary tests, repairs, washing, drying, cleaning, decontamination and degassing of personal protective equipment provided to the Partner’s employees and provide the Partner’s employees with detergents and disinfectants as established. The contract made by and between Unilever and the Partner may stipulate Unilever’s provision of certain types of detergents and disinfectants to the Partner’s employees.   • Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures 1. (e) Where necessary, portable water seal toilets of an approved standard are to be provided and regularly serviced. (f) Conveniently accessible closets and urinals are to be distributed every 5th floor on multi storey constructions. (g) Closets and urinals are to be washed daily with disinfectant and kept in clean, hygienic condition. (h) Adequate washing facilities, suitably drained, and wash basins/troughs are to be supplied with hot and cold running water. (i) Soap and towels are to be supplied.
