Sanitation and Trash Receptacles. TBF shall provide portable toilets and trash receptacles on the Leased Property and at all camping areas, parking areas, and the seating areas. TBF shall determine the appropriate number and location of such toilet facilities which will be adequate to serve the anticipated number of persons in attendance at the Leased Property; provided that, a minimum of one (1) portable toilet shall be provided for every fifty (50) persons scheduled or planned for overnight stay and/or parking within XxXxxx Xxxxxxx Park and Xxxx Park. The Town shall determine the minimum number of portable and onsite toilets that TBF shall provide in XxXxxx Xxxxxxx Park by dividing the number of camping passes sold by fifty (50). TBF shall provide the appropriate number of portable toilets for Xxxx Park based on camping tickets sold. TBF shall contract for trash collection and removal services to be conducted throughout the duration of the Event (“Sanitation Services Contract”) and such services shall be provided by a licensed Colorado professional trash collection and disposal service or company. TBF shall provide the Town with a copy of the Sanitation Services Contract no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 31, 2017. TBF shall locate all portable toilet facilities in consultation with and as directed by the Director of Parks and Recreation and in accordance with the Camping and Parking Plan. All toilet and trash receptacles shall be in place no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 14, 2017 for XxXxxx Xxxxxxx Park and 5:00 p.m. August 13, 2017 for Xxxx Park. TBF or its contractor shall remove all waste material generated by the Event attendees in toilets and waste receptacles and deposit such materials in accordance with all local and state laws. TBF shall remove all toilet and waste receptacles from the Leased Property by 5:00 p.m. on August 21, 2017.

FDGD shall determine the appropriate number and location of such toilet facilities that will be adequate to serve the anticipated number of persons in attendance at the Leased Property; provided that, a minimum of one (1) portable toilet shall be provided for every one hundred (100) persons scheduled or planned for attendance at the event. FDGD shall contract for trash collection and removal services to be conducted throughout the duration of the Event and such service shall be provided by a licensed Colorado professional trash collection and disposal service or company. All portable toilet facilities shall be placed by FDGD in accordance with the Event Locations and Parking Plan. • A copy of a sanitation service contract shall be provided to the Town and all toilet and trash receptacles shall be in place no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 7th, 2019. FDGD or its contractor shall remove all waste material generated by the Event attendees in toilets and waste receptacles and deposit such materials in accordance with all local and state laws. • All toilet and waste receptacles shall be removed from the Leased Property by 5:00 p.m. on March 11th, 2019 .

  • Sanitation The Purchaser’s operations, as described by this contract, shall comply with all applicable State laws, rules and regulations concerning sanitation in operations. Refuse resulting from the Purchaser’s activities, including the use, servicing, repair, or abandonment of equipment, shall be removed, buried or otherwise disposed of in a manner that complies with all State laws and meets the approval of the Forest Officer. The Purchaser shall not service tractors, trucks and similar pieces of equipment on lands that directly drain into or are within 100 feet of lakes, streams or recreational facilities. No logging camp will be located on the gross sale area without prior approval by the Forest Officer.

  • TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL TIME 12.01 The Employer will provide transportation to and from jobs from the Employer’s shop. If an employee’s car is used for such transportation, the owner shall be paid fifty cents (50¢) per kilometre for such use.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.

  • Sanitation and Servicing Purchaser shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent pollution of air, soil, and water by Purchaser’s Operations. If facilities for employees are established on Sale Area, they shall be operated in a sanitary manner. In the event that Purchaser’s Operations or servicing of equipment result in pollution to soil or water, Purchaser shall conduct cleanup and restoration of the polluted site to the satisfaction of Forest Service. Purchaser shall maintain all equipment operating on Sale Area in good repair and free of abnormal leakage of lubricants, fuel, coolants, and hydraulic fluid. Purchaser shall not service tractors, trucks, or other equipment on National Forest lands where servicing is likely to result in pollution to soil or water. Purchaser shall furnish oil- absorbing mats for use under all stationary equipment or equipment being serviced to prevent leaking or spilled petroleum-based products from contaminating soil and water resources. Purchaser shall remove from National Forest lands all contaminated soil, vegetation, debris, vehicle oil filters (drained of free-flowing oil), batteries, oily rags, and waste oil resulting from use, servicing, repair, or abandonment of equipment.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors or ventilating ducts or shafts, of the Building. All trash and refuse shall be placed in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building or by Tenant for the Premises.

  • Electrical Safety Only UL approved items are permitted in Housing & Residence Life. Extension and multi-use cords must be heavy duty, single plug, and be UL approved. Altering or adapting electrical outlets and equipment and overloading circuits jeopardize safety and thus are not permitted.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Wastewater i.e. wastewater and storm water collection, treatment and management systems.

  • Air Transportation In accordance with the standard provision entitled International Air Transportation, any international travel requires prior written approval from the FHI360 contracts administrator.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.
