SAP. Where enhancements require extensive testing by the Service Receiver, Service Provider will get approval from Service Receiver. • Security and access controls will be maintained as set forth in the Master Services Agreement.

At Company's request, for up to six months after the Effective Date, TRW will, for no fee, provide assistance to the Company with SAP transition planning and the negotiation of a long-term services agreement for SAP. At Company's request, Company can continue to utilize TRW's SAP system, at Company's expense, for a period of one year after the Effective Date.

Initially the AR application can be used in a portable device (tablet or smart glasses) and through an object recognition mechanism can identify specific material. For every material a set of healthy or early failure indicator are displayed. These indicators depending on their severity are colored (for example green – yellow – red). Also, a set of instructions (documented or voice based) is available. Furthermore, AR application is enhanced with voice-video calls for remote assistant and with VR capabilities, so the user can see the 3D shape of the specific material.
SAP. SAP warrants that the Service will substantially conform to the specifications stated in the Documentation during the applicable subscription term for such Service. BPO shall provide SAP with prompt written notice of any such non-conformity within ninety (90) days of BPO’s or the Customer’s discovery of the non-conformity. The foregoing warranty shall not apply to the extent: (i) the Service is not used in accordance with this Agreement, the Cloud GTC and/or any Documentation; (ii) the non-conformity is caused by the BPO Service, any third party services, content or products accessed through the Service that are identified as third party products, content or service, or any modifications, configurations, customizations or implementations to or for the Service performed by BPO or any other party other than SAP; or
