Satisfactory Equivalents Sample Clauses

Satisfactory Equivalents. With the approval of the Superintendent and the Credit Evaluation Committee, salary credit may be granted for the types of activities listed below. Approval is contingent upon the educational value of the activity and the adequacy of the evidence supporting the request. The amount of credit granted shall be proportionate to the educational value of the activity; however, no more than four semester units of credit shall be granted for any such activity except a sabbatical leave. In order for an activity to qualify for credit, application must be made no later than 12 months following completion of the activity.

  • Displacement Rights Employees covered by this Agreement affected by a University decision to lay off employees shall be allowed to exercise displacement rights.
