Common use of Saturday Work Clause in Contracts

Saturday Work. All time worked by an employee (not being the ordinary rostered hours of duty of such employee) on a Saturday will be paid for at the rate of time and a half for the first three (3) hours up until midday (or whichever occurs first) and at the rate of double time after midday until completion of the shift at normal rate of pay or assigned incident responsibility rate whichever is the greater.

Saturday Work. All time worked by an Any employee (not being the ordinary rostered hours of duty of such employee( other than a seven day shift worker ) who is employed on a Saturday will (normal hours) shall for all time worked be paid for at the rate of first three hours time and a half for the first three (3) hours up until midday (or whichever occurs first) and all time worked there after will be at the rate of double time after midday until completion of the shift at normal rate of pay or assigned incident responsibility rate whichever is the greatertime.
