Common use of Save Harmless Clause in Contracts

Save Harmless. The Union shall hold harmless and indemnify the Employer from any and all claims, demands, suits and any and all other forms of liability that shall arise out of or by reason of an action taken or not taken by the Employer for the purpose of complying with this Article.

Save Harmless. The Union assumes full responsibility for the purpose of complying with this Articledisposition deductions so made once they have been sent to the Union.

Save Harmless. 7. The Union shall hold indemnify, protect and save harmless and indemnify the Employer from any and all claims, demands, suits and any and all suits, or other forms of liability that shall arise out of or by reason of an action taken or not taken by Employer at the Employer Union's request or demand, for the purpose of complying with the provisions of this Article.
