Common use of Save Harmless Clause in Contracts

Save Harmless. The Union shall indemnify and save the Board harmless against any and all claims, demands, suits and other liabilities arising from acts of commission or omission by the Union or its agents in respect to the provisions of items 6, 7, and 13 of this article.
