Common use of Schedule Change Pay Clause in Contracts

Schedule Change Pay. The Employer will provide Full-time and Part-time employees with a minimum of two (2) hours advance notice of a modification to the regular work schedule including requests to return to work at a time other than their regular scheduled work hours. In the event of the Employer’s failure to provide two (2) hours advance notice, the employee will receive one and one-half (1½) times their base rate for all hours worked and a minimum of two (2) hours pay.
