Schedule Change Premium Penalty. A premium of one-half (1/2) the basic straight time rate will be paid for all hours worked that do not coincide with the formal schedule, unless the employee is given a minimum of 48 hours advance notice of the schedule change. Such schedule changes without premium payment may be made to provide for temporarily vacated schedules as a result of sickness disability, promotion, reclassification, or termination.

Schedule Change Premium Penalty. Should the weekly Hours- Days Schedule be changed without forty-eight (48) hours notice, the affected employees shall be paid for the hours or days worked before or after the regular work schedule at a premium of one-half the regular rate. The premium penalty may be waived by mutual consent of management and the affected employee.
