Schedule of Insurance. A. Workers Compensation. To the extent such insurance is required by Title 34, statutory coverage and limits in compliance with the Workers’ Compensation Law of the State of New Jersey.
Schedule of Insurance. Certificate means a certificate issued by Us, and, if more than one, then the latest in time. The Schedule of Insurance Certificate contains details of the Policyholder, Insured Persons and the Benefits applicable under the Policy.
Schedule of Insurance a. Liability Insurance – Insuring against all liability of the user, St. Mark’s United Methodist Church and their authorized representatives with a single liability limit of $1,000,000
b. Property Damage Liability – property damage limits covering the facility in the amount not less than $1,000,000
c. Excess Liability – An umbrella policy not less than $1,000,000
Schedule of Insurance. The Consultant shall provide documentation that insurance for professional liability coverage with limits as to liability acceptable to the City. Must maintain professional liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 with a company with at least an “A” rating with AM Best.
Schedule of Insurance. On request, each Party shall furnish the other with a schedule of Insurance obtained under this Article 9, listing the policy numbers of the Insurance obtained, the names of the companies issuing such policies, the names of the parties insured, the amounts of coverage, the expiration date or dates of such policies, and the risks covered thereby.
Schedule of Insurance. Upon request, either party shall make available to the other a schedule of insurance obtained by such party pursuant to this Article X, listing the policy numbers of the insurance obtained, the names of the companies issuing such policies, the brokers or agents used, the names of the parties insured, the amounts of coverage, the expiration date, and the risks covered, thereby including the policy form, policy declarations, description and list of endorsements. Each party shall also make available upon request certified copies of such policies for review by the other party. The obligations contained in this Section 10.8 are in addition to the evidence of insurance obligations contained in the Brand Insurance Requirements.
Schedule of Insurance. Within ninety (90) days after the beginning of each fiscal year of Borrower, certificates of insurance evidencing all insurance required to be maintained by Borrower under this Agreement, or, in the alternative, an Officer's Certificate setting forth a schedule of such insurance coverage; and

As soon as practicable after the submission of the first Annual Budget, Manager shall furnish Owner with a schedule setting forth the kinds and amounts of insurance Manager recommends procuring at Owner’s expense in connection with the operation of the Facility, which schedule shall include, in addition to the kinds and amounts of insurance required to be maintained pursuant to any applicable law, note, loan agreement or mortgage, such other kinds and amounts of insurance as Manager shall deem necessary or advisable for the protection of Manager and Owner. Promptly following receipt of such schedule, Owner shall notify Manager of any changes which Owner shall elect to make in such schedule and Manager shall promptly apply for and obtain, if obtainable, all such insurance.
Schedule of Insurance. COMPENSATION - A policy covering the obligations of the Design-Builder in accordance with the Workers Compensation Law and the Disability Benefits Law covering all operations under this Contract whether performed by the Design-Builder or its Contractors.
