Common use of Scheduled Non-Work, No-Pay Weekdays Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Non-Work, No-Pay Weekdays. Seniority extra work opportunities which occur during the regular school year (i.e. the first day of regular education student instruction in August through the last day of regular education student instruction in June) on scheduled non-work, no-pay, weekdays between 5:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. shall be posted and chosen by seniority only.
