This Agreement incorporates and makes a part hereof certain Schedules and Exhibits listed in Section 40 (Schedules and Exhibits) of this Agreement which determines the precedence of the Schedules and Exhibits relative to each other and to this Agreement in the event of conflict. Notwithstanding, the provisions of this Agreement and the attached Schedules shall govern in the event of any inconsistencies between the Detailed Energy Audit and the provisions of this Agreement.

Exhibits include required forms and approvals. Attachments include supplementary material carried forward from the procurement and Investment Grade Audit stages. Tips: Add schedules as needed and list them here. For any schedules that need to be completed after contract execution, include a statement in the contract schedule that information is forthcoming.
