Scheduling ESL Sample Clauses

The Scheduling ESL clause establishes the procedures and requirements for arranging English as a Second Language (ESL) sessions or classes. It typically outlines how sessions are to be scheduled, who is responsible for coordinating times, and any notice periods or rescheduling protocols that must be followed. For example, it may specify that students must confirm their availability in advance or that cancellations require a certain amount of notice. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of how ESL sessions will be organized, minimizing confusion and helping to manage expectations regarding attendance and scheduling changes.
