Scheduling of Released Time. 39 40 The Association shall notify the University at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of an academic 41 term in which a released time assignment will begin. Said notification shall include the name of the 42 member to receive the released time assignment and the purpose of the released time. The thirty- (30) day 43 notification period may be waived by mutual agreement of the parties.   • Scheduling of Hours (1) Starting and finishing times scheduled by mutual agreement.

  • Scheduling of Paid Holidays For the purposes of this Memorandum the statutory holidays outlined in Article 39.01 of the Collective Agreement are incorporated into the work schedules during off duty days. All such statutory holidays shall be identified and recorded in ink in the nursing staff work schedules on the basis of seven point two (7.2) paid hours. Every effort shall be made to spread the statutory holidays off evenly throughout the year.
