Scholarship Committee. The Scholarship Committee shall first identify those proposals that satisfactorily meet the criteria of this Section. The Committee shall then evaluate the qualifying proposals by creating specific evaluation criteria. The Committee shall report its findings in the form of a recommendation to the Xxxx/Director.
