SCHOOL BUILDING CLOSURE. 1. Should the AACS District declare a school building closure or the AACS District otherwise not be in session for reasons other than a school building closure and a destination district does not declare a school building closure or is otherwise in session, a bus driver and bus aide (if applicable) as assigned by the Administration shall at the discretion of the Superintendent or designee run that route that day. 2. Should the destination district declare a school building closure and the AACS District does not, a bus driver and bus aide (if applicable) as assigned by the Administration will report to the Transportation Supervisor for an alternate assignment.

  • Premises Parking and Common Areas 2.1 Letting Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor, the Premises, for the term, at the rental, and upon all of the terms covenants and conditions set forth in this Lease.   • Buildings The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan (MIOSHA) Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make a reasonable attempt to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services.

  • Project or Building Name and Signage Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name of the Project or Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Project or Building as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not use the name of the Project or Building or use pictures or illustrations of the Project or Building in advertising or other publicity or for any purpose other than as the address of the business to be conducted by Tenant in the Premises, without the prior written consent of Landlord.
