School Climate Assessments i. After the initial school climate assessment conducted by the external consultant pursuant to § 6.c.i.(b). above, the Board will conduct an annual school climate assessment in each of its middle schools and high schools (which may administered in conjunction with existing school climate surveys). These assessments shall include, at minimum, the administration of school climate surveys of middle school students and high school students to identify and assess:

School Climate Assessments. 1. At DCHS and Gold Academy, the District will develop and administer an annual school climate survey to assess the presence and effects of harassment and bullying, the inclusiveness and safety of the educational environment, and the effectiveness of the measures taken pursuant to this Agreement. The survey will be administered in Spanish to Limited English Proficient (LEP) students who are native Spanish speakers, translated into other languages to the extent possible for other LEP students, and may be completed anonymously. The first surveys will be administered during the 2013-2014 school year on or after October 1. The surveys will be administered annually each school year thereafter throughout the term of this Agreement. The District will submit draft surveys to the United States for review and additional input at least 45 days prior to their administration. The District Nondiscrimination Officer or a designee will analyze the results of the surveys and incorporate this analysis in the District’s annual climate assessment report described below.

  • Ergonomic Assessments At the request of the employee, the College will ensure that an ergonomic assessment of the employee’s work station is completed by a person trained by the Department of Labor and Industries or comparable trainer to conduct ergonomic assessments. Solutions to identified issues/concerns will be implemented within available resources.

  • Security Assessments Upon advance written notice by the JBE, Contractor agrees that the JBE shall have reasonable access to Contractor’s operational documentation, records, logs, and databases that relate to data security and the Contractor’s Information Security Program. Upon the JBE’s request, Contractor shall, at its expense, perform, or cause to have performed an assessment of Contractor’s compliance with its privacy and data security obligations. Contractor shall provide to the JBE the results, including any findings and recommendations made by Contractor’s assessors, of such assessment, and, at its expense, take any corrective actions.

  • Risk Assessments a. Risk Assessment - Transfer Agent shall, at least annually, perform risk assessments that are designed to identify material threats (both internal and external) against Fund Data, the likelihood of those threats occurring and the impact of those threats upon the Transfer Agent organization to evaluate and analyze the appropriate level of information security safeguards (“Risk Assessments”).

  • Conformity Assessment 1. The Parties recognize that a broad range of mechanisms exists to facilitate the acceptance of conformity assessment procedures and results thereby, including:

  • Needs Assessment 1. The Contractor shall conduct a cultural and linguistic group-needs assessment of the eligible client population in the Contractor’s service area to assess the language needs of the population and determine what reasonable steps are necessary to ensure meaningful access to services and activities to eligible individuals. [22 CCR 98310, 98314] The group-needs assessment shall take into account the following four (4) factors:

  • Data Protection Impact Assessments Xxxx shall provide reasonable assistance to Client with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with a Supervisory Authority, required under Data Protection Laws, in each case solely in relation to Processing of Personal Data by, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, Xxxx.

  • Real Estate Taxes and Special Assessments The 2022 calendar year real estate taxes due and payable in 2023 shall be paid by Seller. Seller shall credit Buyer(s) at closing for said 2022 real estate taxes payable in 2023 based on the most recent ascertainable tax figures. Xxxxx is responsible for all subsequent real estate taxes.

  • Comprehensive Assessment an initial and ongoing part of the member-centered planning process employed by the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to identify the member’s outcomes and the services and supports needed to help support those outcomes. It includes an ongoing process of using the knowledge and expertise of the member and caregivers to collect information about:

  • Security Assessment If Accenture reasonably determines, or in good faith believes, that Supplier’s security practices or procedures do not meet Supplier’s obligations under the Agreement, then Accenture will notify Supplier of the deficiencies. Supplier will without unreasonable delay: (i) correct such deficiencies at its own expense; (ii) permit Accenture, or its duly authorized representatives, to assess Supplier’s security-related activities that are relevant to the Agreement; and (iii) timely complete a security questionnaire from Accenture on a periodic basis upon Accenture’s request. Security issues identified by Accenture will be assigned risk ratings and an agreed-to timeframe to remediate. Supplier will remediate all the security issues identified within the agreed to timeframes. Upon Supplier’s failure to remediate any high or medium rated security issues within the stated timeframes, Accenture may terminate the Agreement in accordance with Section 8 above.

  • Assessment Center A promotional candidate may not appeal or dispute the Assessment Center or scoring of the Assessment Center to an administrative or judicial body except for fraud committed by an assessor.
