SCHOOL COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES. The Committee is a public body established under and with powers provided by the statutes of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to derogate from or impair any power, right or duty conferred upon the Committee by statute or any rule or regulation of any agency of the Commonwealth. All of the rights, powers, and authority held by the Committee are retained by the Committee, except as provided for in this Agreement or any supplement thereto, and the exercise of said rights, powers and/or authority shall not be subject to the grievance procedure and/or arbitration.

SCHOOL COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES. This report will be forwarded to the COMMITTEE which will comply with any reasonable request from the administrator for information in its possession relating to the incident or the persons involved, and will act in appropriate ways as liaison between the administrator, the police and the courts.
