Common use of SCHOOL YEAR/SCHOOL DAY Clause in Contracts

SCHOOL YEAR/SCHOOL DAY. 22.01 The Board shall establish a School Year Calendar for the following year by May 1st. The length of the school year shall be equal to the minimum number of days required under the Education Act and the Regulations thereunder. Every effort shall be made to allow for the maximum number of Professional Activity days to occur either at the end of each school semester or school year.

Every effort shall be made to allow for the maximum number of Professional Activity days to occur either at the end of each school semester or school year.
