Furthermore, the project should identify joint challenges in reaching carbon neutrality in the Nordic countries, and highlight sectors and potential activities where enhanced Nordic co-operation could contribute to the fulfilment of the carbon neutrality goals, focusing on the areas identified in the Helsinki Declaration on Nordic Carbon Neutrality.
SCOPE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE CONTRACT. 1.1 The objective of the Project is execution of 2 satellite analyses for agricultural control 2018 The first task is to perform an early and two later classification of crops to reduce the Agencies control work load and increase the quality of the control of the crop diversification requirement. The second task is to make an automated determination of homogeneity for the crop classified fields from task 1. The purpose is to examine whether the fields have more than one crop or if the declared crop represent the whole area within the declared parcel. This is to be used as input to the control of the crop diversification requirement. A web-viewer shall be provided along with the analyses and a combined report shall be made to summarise the project.
SCOPE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE CONTRACT. 1.1 The objective of the Project is execution of 2 nationwide satellite monitoring analyses for agricultural catch crop control controls in 2018 The first task is a satellite monitoring task with the aim of detecting the establishment of potential catch crops on all available Danish fields. The second task is also a satellite monitoring task, but this task specifically focusses on detecting the timing of harvest of all Danish maize fields. A web-viewer must be provided along with the analyses and a combined report shall be made to summarise the project.

The consultant will provide guidance and draft answers to the Response to comments (RCOM). Additionally, any relevant information submitted in the consultation will be discussed and introduced into the PFAS restriction dossier if deemed substantial and relevant.
