Optional Work definition

Optional Work means the work which may be described in Schedule B – Quotation Extracts as such;
Optional Work means T&M Consulting Services, Fixed Price Services and/or Additional Products, which may be provided by Contractor in accordance with Paragraph 17.2
Optional Work means activities and items listed under Section 3 of Annex C.

  • In the event of Optional Work Orders are not exercised, AV will transfer all assets to HAPSMobile.

  • If the Resident Engineer or agency authorized individual determines that more permanent construction signs are necessary than those called out under the Optional Work Zone Traffic Control section and the vendor is responsible for work zone traffic control under this Invitation for Bids, the vendor shall provide additional construction signs under the Optional Additional Construction Signs item.

  • If the engineer or agency authorized individual determines that more permanent construction signs are necessary than those called out under the Optional Work Zone Traffic Control section and the Contractor is responsible for work zone traffic control under this Contract Award Notification, the Contractor shall provide additional construction signs under the Optional Additional Construction Signs item.

  • Upon the County’s request and Contactor’s concurrence to provide the Optional Work, Contractor must provide to the County within ten Business Days of such request, or such longer period as agreed to by the parties, a proposed work order including, if necessary, any supporting documentation, and a quote for a Maximum Fixed Price calculated in accordance with the applicable fixed hourly rate set forth in Exhibit D (Pricing Schedule) to this Contract.

  • The Solution must be free of any material Deficiencies and Optional Work meets the requirements of the applicable work order.


More Definitions of Optional Work

Optional Work means Application Modifications, Professional Services and/or Additional Products that may be provided by Contractor to County following Go-Live upon County’s request and approval in accordance with Task 10 (Optional Work) of Exhibit A (Statement of Work) and identified appropriately in Schedule B.1 (Optional Work).
Optional Work means services that are different in character from the Services provided under this Agreement, but which facilitate the delivery by Supplier of Services and/or add a new service line or Functional Service Area. The work to be provided by Supplier under this Section 2.12 (Optional Work) or Section 2.2 (Work Orders) of Exhibit A.1 (Integrated Requirements Functional Service Area) has been determined by County:
Optional Work means the work which may be described in Schedule B
Optional Work has the meaning provided in Section 13.01(b) hereof.
Optional Work means work that will be undertaken and included at the election of the Owner.
Optional Work. This optional task is triggered by City staff in the event new information becomes available or additional unforeseen research is desired for an estimated 30 hours.
