Scope of Grievances. Any dispute or controversy of any kind that may arise between any Musician(s) or the Federation and the Employer arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including but not limited to disputes concerning the meaning, interpretation, application or enforcement of the provisions set forth in this Agreement) shall be resolved exclusively through the procedure set forth herein.
