Providers will assist in completion of CDBG-DR qualified housing or non-housing projects. Respondents may be qualified to provide Grant Administration services for housing projects, non-housing projects, or both. Grant administrative services must be performed in compliance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") and guidelines issued by the GLO.

SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUESTED. Firms will help the Client and GLO fulfill State and Federal Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) statutory responsibilities related to disaster recovery for presidentially declared disasters in Texas. Firms will assist in the completion of CDBG qualified housing or non-housing projects. Respondents may be qualified to provide Engineering services for housing projects, non-housing projects, or both. Engineering services must be performed in compliance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and guidelines issued by the GLO. Firms will be bound to specific terms and conditions found in the sample general terms and conditions.
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUESTED. The scope of services being requested under the MPA include the following: Pricing for maintenance and repair services for existing security systems including but not limited to maintenance contracts as required but individual State entities. Unit pricing for hardware/installation of additional system components for existing systems Description and pricing of other security system and software product lines carried by Vendor for potential system enhancements/replacement.
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUESTED. The team (EPA, DEDAQ, DDOE, PADEP, and MARAMA) will develop an electronic flow of source testing data for use with the permitted sources within its jurisdiction. This RFP encompasses the design and build phases for a business process that will use the ERT application as a required additional tool to create electronic data sets (PDS) for source testing data. The PSD is an electronic data set that is prepared by the EPA provided ERT software. A PDS is defined as the electronic information that is stored in the ERT that is transmitted to the CDX. A PDS will be created for each source test submittal. The US EPA has already developed a workflow transmitting the PDS to the CDX, as shown in Table 1. Although the Scope-of-Work defined for this project will follow this prescribed workflow, the team is seeking to make modifications to the methods that are used to move, store, and organize this information.   • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:
