Scope of work description / Activity. The Contractor provides the works according to the following requirements: Bulk fuel oil tanks repairs and commissioning at Matla Power Station. 1. Repairs on the ‘B’ bulk fuel oil storage tanks a. All welding activities to comply with the latest Eskom welding rulebook. (Applicable standards: Eskom welding rulebook 240-106628253) b. All activities on the fuel oil storage tanks to comply with the standard BS EN 14015:2004 or equivalent. (Applicable standards: (Applicable standards: BS EN 14015:2004 or equivalent) c. All surface protection activities to comply with the latest Eskom standards or equivalent.(Applicable standards: standard for the External Corrosion Protection of Plant, Equipment and Associated Piping with Coatings 240-106365693) d. API 653 inspector or equivalent certified tank inspector to be independent of the repair, NDT and coating contractors or subcontractor thereof. e. Contractor to provide method statements for:-  Fuel oil storage tank repairs  Fuel oil storage tank NDT activities  Fuel oil storage tank corrosion protection  Fuel oil storage tank Fit for assessment 2. South & North fuel oil ‘B’ storage tanks repair a. API 653 inspector to do an inspection on tank and tank appurtenances (API 653 or equivalent inspector pre-work inspection report) b. The contractor is to repair the tanks and tank appurtenances as per API 650/BS EN 14015 or equivalent. Refer to the 3D scan results in annexure A for details of damage. Allow for the following to be replaced. South ‘B’ storage tank: 18 sidewall panels and North ‘B’ storage tank: 8 sidewall panels. ( Applicable standards: BS EN 14015:2004 or equivalent, Panel section dimensions (approximate: 6,5 x 3m)) c. Repair welding defects. The acceptance criteria for weld defects to be determined after consultation with the Eskom welding engineer and certified tank inspector. Allow for 150m weld repairs. ( Applicable standards: BS EN ISO 5817 2014) d. The contractor is responsible for removing all consumables, dirt and any debris that arises during repairing of the fuel oil storage tanks. e. Fuel oil storage tank attachments.( Applicable standards: BS EN 14015: 2004 or equivalent) f. Ensure all tank vents are cleaned and fully functional. g. Ensure all stairs and railings are secured to the tank and free from weld defects and mechanical damage. Repair all defects. (Applicable standards: BS EN 14015: 2004 or equivalent) h. Ensure the concrete base is in good condition. Perform repairs if necessary. (...

Global Direct will provide settlement and switching services for various Point of Sale transactions initiated through Merchant for the authorization of the issuance of the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Services (“FNS”) food stamp benefits (“FS Benefits”) and/or government delivered cash assistance benefits (“Cash Benefits, ”with FS Benefits, “Benefits”) to Recipients through the use of a state-issued card (“EBT Card”). With respect to Visa and MasterCard products, Merchant agrees to pay and Merchant's account(s) will be charged pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement for any additional fees incurred as a result of Merchant's subsequent acceptance of transactions with any Visa or MasterCard product that it has not elected to accept.
