SDE Sustainment Support. The Contractor shall provide a single point of contact for SDE support. The Contractor shall provide technical planning, change, and test support to CRs and report details, status, and action items for completion. The Contractor shall establish Production support instances in the SDE, DEV, and CM environments necessary to develop, test, troubleshoot, and integrate changes prior to promotion to the PSS and ultimately to the Production environment. The Contractor shall ensure the SDE configuration mimics the Production environment and is available for continuous development in support of the Production system. The Contractor shall report the availability of the SDE in the 30/60/90 Release Schedule. The intent is to enhance fidelity and similarity between the development and production environments and ensure changes made in development will perform as designed in Production. The Contractor shall assist with installation and configuration questions, changes to hardware and software baselines, SDE upgrades and technical refreshes, and other SDE instance support requirements as directed. The Contractor shall establish any and all other instances, non-exhaustively identified in Paragraph 1.3, as required by the Program Office to support all Program Office activities including but not limited to: Information Assurance/Cybersecurity; Training Development; Configuration Management; Systems Engineering and Integration; Resource Management and Lifecycle Support; Testing; Governance, Risk Management and Compliance. The Contractor shall manage all instances so that they exist concurrently and can all be utilized simultaneously. The Contractor shall manage SDE resources to ensure all environment capabilities are maintained and are accessible and can be run concurrently and can all be utilized simultaneously. The Contractor shall advise the Government on any anticipated future requirements based on estimates of increased growth in demand or other requirements. The CM environment shall be used for integration testing and supporting the management of code and configurations targeted for promotion to the Production instance. The CM environment shall meet the STIG IA requirements and be certified to Zone D. In addition to adhering to DoD Instruction 8500.01, “Cybersecurity,” and the DoD Instruction 8500.2, “Information Assurance (IA) Implementation,” the development sub-instance must adhere to guidance cited in NIST Special Publication 800-171, “Protecting Controlled Unclass...

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • PRODUCT SUPPORT a. In the event that any goods delivered under this contract become defective or malfunction for any reason and at any time (even after the applicable warranty period has expired), including while “in-orbit” if integrated into a satellite, Seller shall promptly perform a failure verification or analysis and determine the appropriate corrective action at no additional cost to Buyer. Seller shall take the appropriate measures to correct all defects, determined to be Seller's responsibility, in all applicable documentation, undelivered goods, and delivered un-launched goods, as required by Buyer.

  • Academic Policies and Student Support Services X.   • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Service Monitoring Customer gives express consent for Vodafone to monitor Customer’s use of the Service (and disclose and otherwise use the information obtained) only to: (a) the extent allowed by Applicable Law; (b) comply with Applicable Law; (c) protect the Network from misuse; (d) protect the integrity of the public internet and/or Vodafone’s systems and Networks; (e) the extent necessary to determine if Customer has breached any conditions or restrictions on use of the Service; (f) provide the Service; and/or (g) take other actions agreed or requested by Customer.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.
