Search and Seizures a. Users should expect no privacy in the contents of their personal files on the Xxxxxxxxxx Central School district system. Teachers, administrators, and the computer coordinator will have access to student files on the Xxxxxxxxxx Central School District’s computer networks, subject to the restrictions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. b. Routine maintenance and monitoring of the Xxxxxxxxxx Central School district’s computer networks may lead to the discovery that a user has violated this policy, (or any other district policy) or the law. c. An individual search may be conducted at any time to determine if a user has violated the Acceptable Use Policy for Computer Technology, Student Handbook Policy.

Search and Seizures.  All searches shall be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws and applicable SD and SO policies and guidelines, including the principles embodied in this MOU.  School administrator searches. School personnel may conduct searches of a student's property and person under their jurisdiction under a reasonableness standard that the search will reveal evidence that the student has violated or is violating either the law or the rules of the school. The standard for search by a school official is that the search was justified at its inception and was reasonably related in scope to the circumstances that justified it in the first place. The search may not be excessively intrusive in light of the age and sex of the student and the nature of the violation.  SRO searches. Any search initiated by an SRO or other law-enforcement officer shall be based upon probable cause and, when required, pursuant to a search warrant. All searches should be reasonable in scope. All searches should occur outside the presence of students and school personnel, with the exception of school administrators, unless there is a clear and imminent threat to safety.  SROs shall not become involved in administrative (school related) searches and at no time shall SROs request that an administrative search be conducted for law- enforcement purposes or have school personnel conduct a search as the SRO’s agent.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

  • Background Screening and Security ‌ All Contractor employees and agents performing work under the Contract must comply with all security and other requirements of the Department.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation a. The AGENCY shall expeditiously provide to the COUNTY upon request, all data needed for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and/or auditing the program(s). This data shall include, but not be limited to, clients served, services provided, outcomes achieved, information on materials and services delivered, and any other data required, in the sole discretion of the COUNTY, that may be required to adequately monitor and evaluate the services provided under this Contract. Monitoring shall be performed in accordance with COUNTY’S established Noncompliance Standards, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment “C”. b. The AGENCY agrees to permit persons duly authorized by the COUNTY to interview any clients and all current and/or former employees of the AGENCY to be assured of the AGENCY’S satisfactory performance of the terms of this Contract. c. Following such evaluation, monitoring, and/or audit, the COUNTY will deliver a report of its findings and recommendations with regard to the AGENCY’S conformance with this Contract’s terms and conditions to the AGENCY and/or Board of Directors’ President, and members, whenever applicable. If deficiencies are noted, a written notice of corrective action will be issued to the AGENCY which will specify deficiencies and provide a timeline for correction of those deficiencies. Within the designated timeframe in the written notice of corrective action, the AGENCY shall submit to the COUNTY’S CCC manager (“Manager”), or their designee, a corrective action plan to rectify all deficiencies identified by the COUNTY. d. Failure by the AGENCY to correct noted deficiencies, as outlined in the written notice of corrective action, may result in the AGENCY being deemed in breach of the Contract terms. e. The AGENCY shall cooperate with the COUNTY on all reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable COUNTY guidelines and requirements for general fund recipients.
