Common use of Seasonal Employee Clause in Contracts

Seasonal Employee. Seasonal employee" means an employee who is appointed for no more than ten months during any 12 consecutive months but who is expected to return to work year after year.

Seasonal Employee. Seasonal employee" means an employee who is appointed for no more than ten (10) months during any 12 twelve (12) consecutive months but who is expected to return to work year after year.

Seasonal Employee. Seasonal employee" means an employee who is appointed for no 10 more than ten months during any 12 consecutive months but who is expected to return to 11 work year after year.

Seasonal Employee. Seasonal employee" means an employee who is appointed for no 11 more than ten (10) months during any 12 twelve (12) consecutive months but who is 12 expected to return to work year after year.
