Common use of Seasonal Employee Clause in Contracts

Seasonal Employee. Seasonal Employees perform work for a period of time, generally not to exceed six (6) months in seasonal duration with an option to extend up to two (2) months upon notification to the union. Seasonal Employees perform work associated with the events of a particular season of the year and that work consistently reoccurs year after year.
