An employee who works for a period of not more than one hundred twenty calendar days in any calendar year except for employees assigned to the Department of Parks and Recreation who are hired for a particular recreational program such as the golf course, skating, and beach programs who may exceed the one hundred twenty-day limit and work for the duration of the recreational program.
