Common use of Seasonal Summer Work Clause in Contracts

Seasonal Summer Work. When seasonal summer work is needed as determined by the Board, such jobs will be posted in advance of the seasonal requirement. Qualified members of the bargaining unit who bid on such positions will receive consideration in the bidding process.
