Common use of Second Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Second Evaluation. No later than six (6) school months subsequent to issuance of the initial evaluation report pursuant to C.27.2, employees who have been placed on probation may receive a second evaluation. This evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with the whole of Article C.25.
