Tenure Payment. Upon granting of tenure, a regular faculty member will receive a one-time payment equal to three percent (3%) of their base pay. The payment will be included in the first payroll cycle of the academic year in which the award of tenure takes effect.

Tenure Payment. Only teachers employed during the 1974-75 school year who were presently tenured or who were tenured the 1975-76 and 1976-77 school year shall receive the sum of $200.00 in addition to the stated salary guide attached hereto as designated "Exhibit A", "Exhibit B" and "Exhibit C".

In no event shall the tenure payment exceed $2.5 million. Xxxxxxx shall not be entitled to a tenure payment in the event of a Change in Control.

  • PRICE & PAYMENT (a) The purchase price for the Products will be the price for the Products in effect at the time of the issued quotations or proposals for the Products, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the parties. Prices contained in Seller issued quotations or proposals expire 30 days from the date of quotation and are subject to change or termination by notice during this period unless accepted in writing by Xxxxx. (d) Unless otherwise noted on the face of these terms and conditions, invoices are payable upon receipt in RMB funds, in no event greater than 30 days from date of invoice, subject to credit approval. All amounts due to Seller may be accelerated immediately upon Xxxxx’s failure to pay invoices as required and shipments of Products may be suspended or cancelled. Interest may be charged by Seller at the highest rate allowable by law. Xxxxx agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller from any and all legal fees and costs which may be required to collect any overdue balances. (f) Seller may offset or recoup any amounts owed by Seller to Buyer against any amounts owed by Buyer to Seller. Buyer waives all right of offset and will pay all amounts owed to Seller regardless of any claim asserted by Xxxxx. (g) Seller may change payment terms at any time, upon written agreement by Xxxxx.

  • Overtime Payment Full-time employees shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the employee's straight time hourly rate for all time worked outside of their normal work hours and/or work days up to sixteen (16) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period. For hours worked in excess of sixteen (16) in a twenty-four (24) hour period, employees shall be paid double time. Employees who receive an unpaid lunch period and are not required to work at their work assignments during such period shall not have such time treated as hours worked for the purpose of computing overtime.

  • Progressive Payment For Property in which there is / are outstanding progressive payment(s) due to the Developer:- a. In the event that the Purchaser shall require a loan/financing to enable the completion of the purchase herein, the Purchaser shall notify the Assignee within thirty (30) days from the date of successful sale the details of the loan/financing and the Purchaser’s Financier by providing the Assignee a copy of the letter of offer for financing and on or before the Completion Date, the Purchaser shall cause the Purchaser’s Financier to issue a letter of undertaking to pay the balance progressive payment according to the schedule of the Sale and Purchase Agreement in favour of the Developer and to release the Assignee from its original undertaking. b. In the event that the Purchaser shall not require a loan/financing to enable the completion of the purchase herein, on or before the Completion Date, the Purchaser shall procure a letter of undertaking (acceptable to the Assignee) to pay the balance progressive payment according to the schedule of the Sale and Purchase Agreement in favour of the Developer and to release the Assignee from its original undertaking. c. Any outstanding progressive payment, charges, interests and/or penalty imposed as a result of the delay in settlement of the balance progressive payment or caused by the delay in the issuance of a letter of undertaking as stated above shall be solely borne and paid by the Purchaser.

  • Interim payment At the end of each of the periods indicated in Annex I the Contractor shall submit to the Agency a formal request for payment accompanied by those of the following documents which are provided for in the Special Conditions: ➢ an interim technical report in accordance with the instructions laid down in Xxxxx X; ➢ the relevant invoices indicating the reference number of the Contract and of the order or specific contract to which they refer;

  • Compensation & Payment 8.4.1. Should the claim be found proven; settlement is executed only in the form of compensation payment added to the Client trade account. 8.4.2.   • Rent Payment Tenant shall pay the Base Rent for the premises and any additional rent provided herein without deduction or offset. Rent for any partial month during the lease term shall be prorated to reflect the number of days during the month that Tenant occupies the premises. Additional rent means amounts determined under section 19 of this lease and any other sums payable by Tenant to Landlord under this lease. Rent not paid when due shall bear interest at the rate of one-and-one-half per month until paid. Landlord may at its option impose a late charge of $.05 for each $1 of rent for rent payments made more than 10 days late in lieu of interest for the first month of delinquency, without waiving any other remedies available for default. Failure to impose a late charge shall not be a waiver of Landlord's rights hereunder.

  • Annual Payment During each calendar year, an employee may choose to receive payment for up to twenty (20) hours of accrued vacation leave or compensatory time. Request for payment may be made in November or December of each year. Such payment shall be made during the month of November or December and will be granted only if the employee has taken at least forty (40) hours of vacation/compensatory time during the calendar year. Such payment shall be at the base hourly rate only, no add-ons.

  • One-Time Payment Tenant shall pay to Landlord a one-time payment in the amount of Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($50,000.00), payable within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date and subject to the following conditions precedent: (a) Tenant’s receipt of this Amendment executed by Landlord, on or before October 29, 2017; (b) Tenant’s confirmation that Landlord’s statements as further set forth in this Amendment are true, accurate, and complete, including verification of Landlord’s ownership; (c) Tenant’s receipt of any documents and other items reasonably requested by Tenant in order to effectuate the transaction and payment contemplated herein; and (d) receipt by Tenant of an original Memorandum (as defined herein) executed by Landlord.
