Secondments. The right to approve a secondment rests solely with the Employer. Should the Employer approve a secondment of a bargaining unit employee, the parties will meet to determine the terms of the secondment. Any agreement reached will prevail over the terms of the Collective Agreement. The Employer’s approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
