The employee will pay the balance of the billed premium through payroll deduction. Secondments. A nurse who is seconded from the Hospitalto Hospital to a bipartite or tripartite involving the Health Sector or the Broader Public Sector shall be granted a leave of absence without pay for a period of up to five (5) years, NotwithstandingArticle . If the seconded nurse is not covered by an collective agreement, the Hospital will ensure that the Union receives the equivalent of the dues remittancefor remittance for all such workers.
