Common use of Secondments Clause in Contracts

Secondments. A nurse who is seconded from the Hospital to a bipartite or tripartite involvingthe Health Sector or the Broader Public Sector shall be granted a leave of absence without pay for a period of up to five (5) years. Notwithstanding Article there shall be no loss of seniority or service during such leave.
