Section 10.7.3. 37 A change in an open position of up to and including thirty (30) minutes per day does not 38 constitute a reposting. The posting shall note if the original time has been changed, what the 39 changes are, and date of the change. Any changes shall be highlighted on the posting. Changes 40 cannot be made within twenty-four (24) hours of the day the posting is pulled. 41

Section 10.7.3. 46 Each employee who transfers to a new position shall remain in a performance trial status for a 47 period not to exceed thirty (30) work days following the transfer. During this performance trial, 48 the District may require, or the employee may elect for justifiable cause, to return to the previous 49 position.
