Common use of Section 4.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.5. 37 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 38 pay to a maximum of three (3) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 39 those meetings is in the best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.

Section 4.5. 37 35 The President of the Association and his/her designated representatives will be provided time off 36 without loss of 38 pay to a maximum of three one (31) days day per delegate per year to attend regional or State 37 meetings when the purpose of 39 those meetings is in the best interests of the District as determined by 38 the District administration.. 39

Section 4.5. 37 26 The President president of the Association and his designated representatives will be provided time off without 27 loss of 38 pay to a an aggregate total maximum of three six (36) days per year to attend regional or State state meetings 28 when the purpose of 39 those meetings is in the best interests interest of the District as determined by the District administration.District

Section 4.5. 37 28 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 38 29 pay to a maximum of three five (35) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 39 those 30 meetings is in the best mutual interests of the District as determined by the District administrationand Association.
