Section 8.2.9. It is the intent that all annual vacation days for 260-day employees shall be used 49 during each work year (September 1 through August 31). Each full-time (260-day) employee shall 1 be allowed to accumulate unused vacation days not to exceed 240 hours of earned vacation. The 2 vacation balances shall be calculated once a year on the last day of the work year (August 31).

  • Section 7.3 2 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite shift with designated times of beginning and ending.

  • Section 7.4 30 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in the 31 Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each two (2) hours of work.
