Contracted Days Sample Clauses
Contracted Days. 10.3.1 The normal annual contract for full-time academic employee shall consist of 175 contracted days, 162 of which will be instructional days as scheduled in the academic calendar.
Contracted Days. Each college academic year shall consist of 172 contracted days for full-time faculty members. Such days shall begin no earlier than Monday of the week including September 14. Sunday shall be considered to be the first day of the week. The faculty contracted days shall be apportioned to coincide with the following provisions.
Contracted Days. Drivers whose school(s) are in session will drive their contracted routes. Drivers will not take a deduct on the days one of their assigned schools is closed and will not time slip the day they drive to make up that time. If they do not drive on scheduled contract days, the driver must take a deduct.

Contracted Days. A. The basic salary schedule for licensed personnel shall be based upon the Board adopted annual school calendar which will designate the number of classroom days taught plus other days of duty not to exceed 190 days of service to the District for licensed personnel other than those on extended contracts.
B. In the event that the 190 days of contracted services are not completed within the inclusive dates of the adopted calendar, due to emergency closure or other unforeseen circumstances, the Board may, at its option, adjust the dates to complete the 190 day contract period.

AVSEC teachers will have no more than 187 days; one day (eight hours) will be a pre- service professional development day in lieu of one (1) flex PD day. Should an AVSEC district have more than 187 contract days, their AVSEC teachers will be paid their per diem rate for any additional days. Should an AVSEC district have less than 187 contract days, the AVSEC administration will provide that district’s AVSEC teachers with responsibilities to fulfill the contracted time. Those responsibilities will be highly structured, and will include dates, time frames, and locations. The responsibilities could include: SPED specific trainings; professional development opportunities; AVSEC cross-district meetings; and other SPED-related items.
Contracted Days. The number of days for the school year covered by this agreement shall not exceed one hundred eighty seven (187) days, one of which (8 hours) is a flex PD day. AVSEC teachers in USD 262 will have one pre-service professional development day in lieu of one flex PD day. AVSEC teachers in USD 369 and USD 439 will follow their home district’s calendar. They will observe the same staff report dates, school start and end dates, holiday breaks, professional development days, and employee work days as designated by the adopted district calendar.
Contracted Days. Licensed employees shall be under contract for a maximum of 1472 hours for the 2022-2023 school year. Teachers new to the district shall be under contract for one additional day at the beginning of the school year for orientation and required to use their flex days for orientations too. Teachers shall be compensated for the additional workday using a daily rate calculation (1/182 of total contract). The 2022-2023 contract shall be 182 days and includes:

Contracted Days. 12.1 This clause 12 applies only to the advance purchase of Professional Services to be provided by Nviron to the Customer (“Contracted Days”).
12.2 The Professional Services available in respect of the Contracted Days are as follows (and, for the avoidance of doubt, no other services are available as part of the Contracted Days):
12.2.1 Technical Consultant days are available for skills specified in the skills matrix in Nviron’s Professional Services brochure, set out at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/media/664/download/Nviron_Pro_Servic es_A4.pdf; and
12.2.2 Service Engineer days are available for skills specified in Schedule 8.
12.3 Subject always to clause 12.2 and the following provisions of this clause 12, the work to be undertaken by Nviron for the Contracted Days shall be agreed by the parties separately in writing (including in respect of the terms and conditions governing the provision of the Contracted Days).
12.4 The number of Contracted Days to be purchased by the Customer for each year of the Minimum Term shall be as specified in the Agreement.
12.5 The price payable by the Customer for the Contracted Days during the Minimum Term shall be as specified in the Agreement. The price payable for each Contracted Day in respect of each Extended Term shall be Nviron’s standard single day rate (also known as Nviron’s ‘on-usage day rate’) for Professional Services as in force at the start of such Extended Term.
12.6 Each Contracted Day shall constitute seven and a half (7.5) hours of working time per consultant.
12.7 The Contracted Days shall be available for potential use by the Customer subject to the following provisions of this clause 12.
12.8 The Customer shall contact Nviron to book Contracted Days.
12.9 Contracted Days are subject to availability and Nviron is under no obligation to provide any Contracted Days on any given dates until agreed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing and accordingly the Customer should contact ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as soon as possible with a view to booking Contracted Days (having regard also to the provisions of clauses 12.10 and 12.16).
12.10 For the avoidance of doubt, the specified amount of Contracted Days shall apply for each year of the Minimum Term and for each Extended Term and (subject to clauses 12.9 and 12.11) must be used by the Customer in each such year and in each Extended Period (as applicable).
