Section F - Insurance Committee. 2 No less than three (3) members of the Superintendent's Insurance Advisory 3 Committee shall be named by the Union President or designee. If the proportion 4 of teachers to non-teachers on such committee shall be altered, the Union 5 President or designee shall have the right to name additional teacher(s) so the 6 composition of such committee shall remain the same as the ratio which 7 prevailed during the 1981-82 school year.
Section F - Insurance Committee. 31 No less than three (3) members of the Superintendent's Employee Benefits 32 Committee shall be named by the Union President or designee. If the proportion 33 of teachers to nonteachers on such committee shall be altered, the Union 34 President or designee shall have the right to name additional teacher(s) so the 35 composition of such committee shall remain the same as the ratio which 36 prevailed during the 1981-82 school year. 38 Section G - Tax Deferred Annuity Program 39 The Board shall continue to make available, through payroll deduction, tax 40 deferred annuity programs to all teachers in accordance with the policies in 41 effect on the effective date of this Agreement. The Board and Union agree to 42 jointly study the feasibility of providing teachers with the option of concurrently 43 participating in more than one district provided annuity program.
