Common use of Selection of Vacation Dates Clause in Contracts

Selection of Vacation Dates. Employees in a department or program, in consultation with their Director/Manager or designate, shall determine the method of selecting vacation dates. In the event that majority agreement cannot be reached, preference in vacations shall be regulated according to a rotation plan.
