Compensation for Work Performed on a Holiday Falling on Scheduled Day. Off When a holiday falls on an employee's day off and he/she is required to work on such a holiday, he/she shall receive two (2) hours pay for each hour worked on such a holiday in addition to holiday pay. The time off is to be scheduled at a time to be mutually agreed by the employee and his/her supervisor. If at the request of the employee, time off in lieu is granted, it shall be on the basis of two (2) hours off for each hour worked in addition to the holiday pay.
