Selection of Vacation Dates. Vacation schedules, once approved by the Employer, shall not be changed, other than in an emergency for either party, except by mutual agreement. Employees with service seniority of less than three continuous months as of March 31st of any year will have all unused holiday credits automatically carried over to the new fiscal year.
