Selection of Xxxxxxx. The Employer agrees that the members of the Union may choose from the regular employees a repre sentative or xxxxxxx to act in behalf of the members of the Union in any capacity assigned to such representative or xxxxxxx by the Union, provided, however, that such activity on the part of such representative or xxxxxxx shall not inter fere with the normal and regular operations.
Selection of Xxxxxxx. The OHS will interview prospective Stewards to ensure that the Xxxxxxx selected for the Companion Animal will provide a proper Stewardship Home and proper care and attention for the Companion Animal.
Selection of Xxxxxxx. The location and number of stewards shall be mutually agreed upon by the department and the Union. The Union shall designate the method of selection of stewards. The Union shall notify the Agency/Department Head in writing of the names of the stewards and the area they represent. The Agency/Department Head will be notified in writing by the Union of any subsequent changes regarding stewards and who they are replacing.
Selection of Xxxxxxx. The Xx xxxxxx agrees that the m em ber of the U nion m ay choose from the regular em ployees a stew ard to act in behalf of the m em bers of the Union in any c a p a c ity assigned to such stew ard by the Union; p ro vided, however, that such activity on the part of the stew ard shall not interfere w ith the norm al and regular operations. The Em ployer agrees that stew a rd s shall not be discrim inated aga inst on account of their activities.
Selection of Xxxxxxx. Xx the event the Company shall be obligated under Section 3(a) hereof to pay the expenses of any proceeding against Indemnitee, the Company, if appropriate, shall be entitled to assume the defense of such proceeding, with counsel approved by Indemnitee, upon the delivery to Indemnitee of written notice of its election so to do.After delivery of such notice, approval of such counsel by Indemnitee and the retention of such counsel by the Company, the Company will not be liable to Indemnitee under this Agreement for any fees of counsel subsequently incurred by Indemnitee with respect to the same proceeding, provided that (i) Indemnitee shall have the right to employ counsel in any such proceeding at Indemnitee’s expense; and (ii) if (A) the employment of counsel by Indemnitee has been previously authorized by the Company, (B) Indemnitee shall have reasonably concluded that there may be a conflict of interest between the Company and Indemnitee in the conduct of any such defense or (C) the Company shall not, in fact, have employed counsel to assume the defense of such proceeding, then the fees and expenses of Indemnitee’s counsel shall be at the expense of the Company.
Selection of Xxxxxxx. When four (4) or more Employees are on the job, one of them shall be designated as the Xxxxxxx. Xxxxxxx shall be selected by, and be answerable to, the Employer without interference from Employees. The Xxxxxxx’x wage shall be one dollar ($1.00) per hour above job classification.
