Seniority and Working Test Period. Seniority shall not be computed until after completion of the working test period. Seniority shall be retroactive to the date of hire. This Section shall be interpreted to include time spent in training as a Correction Officer Trainee (Cadet) as retroactive seniority applicable as a Correction Officer after completion of the working test period.
