Common use of Seniority During Leave Clause in Contracts

Seniority During Leave. With the exception of military leave as 3 referenced in 12.6, any nurse granted a leave of absence pursuant to this Article shall 4 maintain his/her existing seniority, however, nurses will not accrue seniority during 5 any leave without pay.
